Mas Sato Designs Limited Warranty 

If you receive a product that has a manufacturing defect we will gladly accept that product for an exchange within 14 days of receipt. To avoid a restocking fee, all returned merchandise must be complete, in new condition, in original packaging, and accompanied by the original sales receipt.  Mas Sato Designs (MSD) will repair or replace the product, at its option, and ship it back to you. Please email us for return approval and instructions prior to returning any merchandise. We will provide you with a return address upon return approval.  All returned pieces will be examined and items that do not meet MSD's return qualification will be sent back at customer’s cost. Please allow 2-4 weeks for all returns/exchanges to be processed. 

The Mas Sato Designs limited warranty covers only damage that is a direct result of MSD's manufacturing process or defective materials. MSD will not be responsible for any damage caused by negligence, misuse, incorrect installation, improper storage or improper maintenance. MSD products are meant for indoor use only.  The warranty will not apply if modifications or repairs are done by the purchaser or a third party repair service without MSD's prior written authorization. Wood characteristics are not covered by the MSD Limited Warranty. Each species or wood used by MSD is unique and therefore, variations of color and grain can occur from piece to piece. These characteristics are common and naturally occurring in the wood and are in no way considered to be manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover such variations, or variations between on-line or printed illustrations and your furniture.

We will not sell, share, or rent your personally identifiable information to any third party.  This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.  There may be times (such as when you purchase or order a product or when you sign up for our e-mail newsletter) at which we ask you to provide certain information about yourself, such as your name, shipping/billing address, telephone number, email address, etc.  We will only use personally identifiable information you provide for internal purposes, such as confirming and tracking your order, and occasionally sending information relating to our new merchandise and service offerings, coupons, and other information that may be of interest to you.
